I love that you sought out the GM, that’s such a lovely instinct. I think it really is a personal thing, the food is so precise and considered that I wanted the atmosphere to match that same restraint. But clearly it’s working beautifully for others, and I suppose no one playlist will suit everyone!

Just curious... what genre of music would have, in your opinion, matched the ambiance?
I would’ve liked something a bit more ambient that blended into the evening rather than something that stood out!
